Welcome to Diablo-Project.com. Diablo-Project.com is designed to show you the process of building a Lamborghini Diablo replicar from start to finish. This site tracks the progress of Joseph Burello's build of a 1999 Lamborghini Diablo Roadster VT replicar. The goal is to ultimately create a car that is almost indistinguishable from the original car.

Here you will find detailed descriptions, photos, and videos that Joe compiled during his build. You will also find an informative forum where various build topics are discussed, as well as a valuable links page where you can find even more helpful information to help with your own project.

: Current Status

10.28.07: Those of you who have been following this site know that I started this project on a stretched Fiero frame. I've decided to scrap that method in favor of a custom built chassis. The good news is that the chassis is completed and you can find a picture of it here. The even better news is that I am creating a video tutorial from start to finish of the chassis build and will be hosting the video here in the coming weeks (I'm currently editing the footage). Be sure to check back regularly.

Joseph Burello is a 30-year-old web designer/lawyer who has almost no prior history of working with cars. If he pulls this off, anyone can build a car like this!
